Ive been living here since 2014 and all of the managers have been horrible Nothing ever gets done I still have a refrigerator that has been broken for over a year now We have no lights in the front of our building stains on the ceiling that they promIve been living here since 2014 and all of the managers have been horrible Nothing ever gets done I still have a refrigerator that has been broken for over a year now We have no lights in the front of our building stains on the ceiling that they promised they would fix and it never got to it And the pool has been closed for at least 4 years now Theres always trash everywhere The ONLY person who was good at their job was Victoria She was the assistant manager here when Ralph was in charge She the the ONLY ONE who did her job and cared about the residents Instead of hiring people that dont do anything they need to hire Victoria back and put her in charge Maybe then things will get better heremore ...hide ...
Ive lived in this complex for two years first of all the pool mentioned as one of the amenities has been closed since before I moved in Ive been having a recurring issue with my bathroom sink being that when maintenance fixes it its always half a leaIve lived in this complex for two years first of all the pool mentioned as one of the amenities has been closed since before I moved in Ive been having a recurring issue with my bathroom sink being that when maintenance fixes it its always half a leading them to have to come back which is no easy request in itself you put in a work order they dont show up til youve called every day for a week or two and then finally catch one of the maintenance men riding around the complex If its not my sink theres something else falling apart in my apartment meanwhile they have the audacity to put a late notice for rent in my door after a day or two Id pay on time if it was worth it but its not Theyre money hungry and self serving 210 wouldnt recommend Cant wait to movemore ...hide ...

My Mom has been on the waiting list for a long time. In December 2020, they called her on a Friday to say they had a unit for her. She asked if she could let them know by Monday, but they said no and she decided not to tMy Mom has been on the waiting list for a long time. In December 2020, they called her on a Friday to say they had a unit for her. She asked if she could let them know by Monday, but they said no and she decided not to take it. Later, she called back to say she was still interested, and they said she should have been given two weeks to decide. Unfortunately, she didn't get the unit and was put back on the list as number three. Recently, she visited in person to check on her status, but they said she "didn't meet the criteria". Her circumstances had not changed, so it was baffling. It seems they don't keep their word and do whatever they want. Poor customer service. My Mom is a clean, kind, and quiet person, so there is no reason she should have been rejected. This is the first one star review I have ever written, but it was warranted.more ...hide ...
Constant neighbor fights with the police there all the time. Mgr incompetent in handling even small problems and will instigate fueds, join in and make them worse.
