Came here to visit a friend for their birthday and the staff who ride their golf karts are extremely rude It was a bad impression coming here for the first time and realizing this place is not maintained clean and the people they hired are the worst

This place is terrible The rent keeps going up the maintenance people dont know how to fix anything The ac goes out every 34 weeks Theres roaches its just a terrible place to live Dont waste your time getting on the waiting list
this place is so bad but playground had a hole in the slide theres trash thats always at the dumpsters and a playground slide they put cement on its a plastic slide
