Pay application fee just for them to put you on waiting list Cant walk in and talk to anyone door is always locked Cant get someone to answer your call nor return your call or email this has been going on over a month

Unprofessional management staff Ive been living here for few years and this current new management is the worst Before Ive never had an issue with previous management Amenities are almost never available not accessible Work hours on the web site neve Unprofessional management staff Ive been living here for few years and this current new management is the worst Before Ive never had an issue with previous management Amenities are almost never available not accessible Work hours on the web site never matches with the actual hours when office is open The only way to get in the gym now is through the main office door But the office door is closed at most times and there is staff inside and they dont respond to your door knock or phone call That is ok to do bussiness by appointments only but amenities should be open and accessible for residents at stated business hours I really hope corporate will take steps and change this current mess more ... hide ...
