I have a major issue with the management of the complex; my family member's car was towed at 3:47am. All of her credentials were valid and up-to-date—license, insurance, permit decal—yet the car was taken away due to an expired license plate tag. I have a major issue with the management of the complex; my family member's car was towed at 3:47am. All of her credentials were valid and up-to-date—license, insurance, permit decal—yet the car was taken away due to an expired license plate tag. She had not received any notification that it was about to expire so this situation cost her $380 ($80 for renewal and $300 from the pound). The manager apologized but said another company checks vehicles on site so they don't have control over it. To top it off, my mother's rent went up by $200 even though this is a low-income apartment complex. I am appalled with how tenants are treated here; after three years living in the same place, one should be treated better than a child. The property manager here is A1 Extremely professional and attentive to my needs I love living here Maintenance is right at the door the minute I submit a service request Yes I will definitely be renewing my lease
