2018-10-05T01:29:28ZThe apartment I rented not so long ago at The Palms at lake Tulane was very nice and the rent was approximately in the 600s The property itself is well maintained when it comes down to gardening However the issue I had was management and its professi The apartment I rented not so long ago at The Palms at lake Tulane was very nice and the rent was approximately in the 600s The property itself is well maintained when it comes down to gardening However the issue I had was management and its professionalism in the way issues were resolved and the way tenant were treated The major concerns I had was the broken cameras located on the property the broken fences where people from the neighborhood will walk and hang out at the pool area and acted inappropriately This mainly happens during the weekend The times I visited the pool I was disrespected and cursed out in front of my granddaughter just because I kindly ask to please if they can smoke outside because they were smoking to close to my granddaughter and the other children that were there The pool was full of woman trying to enjoy their time with their babies Today the problem is still there I know people that still lives there and say that they have the same issue with outside people coming in with their families and take away the luxury we have as tenant of enjoying a day at the pool one of the amenities that we as tenants pay for every month It is a shamed This takes away the right for tenants living there to enjoy what they are paying for This is to blame management and corporate I had mentioned this issue to management too many times Unfortunately the pool situations they were manylead me to stop going to the pool Its a shame that such great company is not maintaining this property the same way as the other locations I hope corporate office staff make some type of solutions to keep this property in shape This property does have the potential to be better especially when it comes down to the safety of the tenants living there There should be a gate in front to help keep people from outside coming in and destroying this property It is not fair for tenants to pay for amenities which they cannot enjoy it due to poor management at the property more ... hide ...
