If I was able to give even less than that i would this place sucks Let me tell you a little bit about my experience with them First nothing works Nothing ever elevators gates emergency exit doors management they take about a month to fix anything thaIf I was able to give even less than that i would this place sucks Let me tell you a little bit about my experience with them First nothing works Nothing ever elevators gates emergency exit doors management they take about a month to fix anything that brakes in or out of your apartment the place is most of the time dirty specially the stairs in the parking building if you take them the smell of urine will give you an insentive to go updown even faster cable is a piece of art and they will not let you change it otherwise they will lose the ability to charge for it internet in the area is extremely slow to the point of it is imposible to have two devices at the same time connected people from management are extremely rude for no reason when I say rude I mean you will be afraid to go and talk to them and they do not even help you the mantanaceclining yeah they make them do both are the only nice people around But all of this is nothing nothiiing compare to the fear of being stabbed or getting your belonging stolen I witnessed this at first hand This place is the most irresponsible Ive ever seen and I have been around in regards to your safety They broke into my car repeatedly for months at the beginning I just reported after the third time I went to ask for some sort of explanation or some plan to do something about it to which the manager replied that they were not responsible for my safety in the building Not kidding after the third time in less than two months this person said that Im not the only one that went trough this i started asking around and apparently they brake into cars every night literally you can see the windows broken into pieces in the floor every day To top it off they do not apologize they look at you like garbage and tell you to leave since they wont do anything I got tired of arguing back and forth and after the fifth time I asked for videos to show to the police which also do nothing but obviously they said I am not able to get them not like it would matter since most of the cameras in the building dont work I would advice not to move there because if you add all what you are going to pay to repair your carapartment yes several neighbors also got their apartments broken into it would end up the same as paying for an apartment in brickell Really do not go theremore ...hide ...
