TheI lived out here 10 years ago and the management and staff were the most disrespectful people Ive ever met in my life. Ronnie Cole and Kim Sawyer blamed and charged me for the fixings maintenance did to my apartment. They claimed \"our maintenance men wouldnt use these types of materials.\" When you have regular maintenance included in your rental agreement, why in the world would I buy materials and do it myself??? Especially when I have no clue how to do household repairs and no money. I went to the person above them (Angie Scott) to try to get some justice but instead I was treated worse. Her words were simply, \"Sue me because youre getting no where with this conversation.\" At this point in my life, I never been treated like this before by anyone so I was in total shock. I bought a home, moved away and never looked back. There were other incidences that I could speak on but Id be typing all day. Low-income housing has its pros but more cons than anything. Management has probably changed since I lived out here and I really hope it has. But I discourage anyone from living out here.more ...hide ...

Tenants need to get together and get legal representation.more ...hide ...

The rent was raised on apt home that don€™t have Medicaid was 35.00 the notice was given April 1st for a CB may 1st increase. Not sure that€™s legal but that€™s what happened. They have stopped paying for outside lights so much of the apartments to the rear are not lit at night. There is drug dealing (openly) and foot traffic between local store and adjacent neighborhood that is not welcomed but not stopped by management.more ...hide ...
