It has been a great 9 years at Crystal Lake Apartments Building 7 Every staff member has always been very cordial friendly and professional with me and my boys The maintenance crew always responded quickly if I had any minor issues and my apartment It has been a great 9 years at Crystal Lake Apartments Building 7 Every staff member has always been very cordial friendly and professional with me and my boys The maintenance crew always responded quickly if I had any minor issues and my apartment never had bugs due to them keeping a constant schedule of pest control The rent is very reasonable its gated and there are stores like Walmart Publix and BJs close by I always felt safe coming home at any hour of the night because they have camaras and a security guard that walks around checking all areasnnCynthia thank you for being a great manager and keeping Crystal Lake Apartments a safe and beautiful place to live more ... hide ...

I called to get information for the apartment the lady was very rude she didnt want to tell me the price of the apartment or the qualifications to move in Very rude very nasty customer service I wouldnt want to move in base on this experience at all
