The management, however, is absurd; I have been requesting a three bedroom unit since I moved in and was told I am on a waiting list. Although the three bedroom has been vacant several times, she always moves a Hispanic family in. I have observed that no African Americans or Caucasians occupy these units. Only a few tenants in the building have access to reserved parking, even though we have eight units and only seven parking spaces in front of the building. Manager Amy Ruiz claims they may need parking right in front of their door because of disabilities, yet one of the ladies with a reserved spot can be seen walking around the complex and posting flyers on each resident's door. I would not advise anyone to stay here. Amy and Tasha Hale, the president of Jotar Management, are friends, so nothing ever gets done. The maintenance is terrible, my air conditioner has broken multiple times and they just add something to it. To make matters worse, when the maintenance team came in, they took my son's Dr Dre beats he received for his birthday. After I filed a police report, nothing happened to them. Be careful who you let into your apartment when you are not home. The lawn is in a horrible condition.more ...hide ...
