2021-08-22T22:12:48ZMs Kim promised us new doors when we moved in, but simultaneously disparaged another tenant who was attempting to acquire the doors they were promised. Maintenance rarely appears and if they do, they just put a temporary fix in place before leaving. Ms Kim promised us new doors when we moved in, but simultaneously disparaged another tenant who was attempting to acquire the doors they were promised. Maintenance rarely appears and if they do, they just put a temporary fix in place before leaving. I have had to spend my own money to fix things that should have been taken care of by maintenance. Additionally, the lease states that air filters should be delivered monthly, yet I have to buy them myself every month. Due to the housing bubble, I am stuck between paying more for something of the same quality or paying less for something of worse quality. I would highly advise against living here; it is a trap and you will not be able to escape. Furthermore, the buildings are riddled with black mold, yet the office and corporate don't seem to care. However, rent is one day late and they are sure to put a notice on the door. These places are simply government subsidized roach motels. To have an easier time, go and live in South Georgia, it is much cheaper and less hassle. more ... hide ...
