My mom lived there for 10 years , one of the first tenants to move in . The first manager Mitch was an awesome kind and friendly person. The place used to smell good no roaches no problem. After Mitch left forget it everything went downhill. Filthy smelling horrible roaches and bed bugs management is rude not friendly. She works Monday Wednesday and Friday and she brings her husband to be her bodyguard he sits in the front with other tenants eat play games and just hang around the complex... This is unacceptable. They need new management and the owner needs to be notified. The majority of these apartments are UNSAFE and UNSANITARY not at the fault of the tenants, theres just not proper upkeep. They were allotted funding in 2004 for central ac units to be installed, but the money disappeared and the units were never installed.more ...hide ...

On my tenth month, they attempted to pressure me into renewing my lease and when I refused, I was informed that I had to move the following month. Some of their other sketchy rules include not being able to open windows even when the air conditioner stops working, an infestation of frogs, the leasing manager's husband lurking outside to report back to his wife, and forcing tenants to pay for a parking spot in order to keep it. Furthermore, they told me that the carpet fee was 100 dollars when I moved out, but then I received a notice that I would be receiving a 200$ check from my 600$ deposit. When I did my survey of the place, I was summoned to the office by the manager who told me to not give them bad scores. All in all, they are the worst kind of con artists and should not be trusted!more ...hide ...
