Since Avanath has taken over this place has went downhill. Constant rent increases and no upgrades whatsoever. Even during the peak of Covid THEY WENT UP. MY RENT IS ON TIME....FYI If your late they give u until the 3rd it used to be the 5th it must be a cashiers check and of course they charge for online payments smh. THE WATER BILL IS SKY HIGH NO MATTER HOW MUCH USAGE Then they had the nerve to send out notices to residents that if u are late consistently Ÿ™„ that your lease will not be renewed. Who Cares!!!! You still get your $100 late fee regardless!! No carpet cleaning, no pest control. And dont ask about it they are just gonna blame Covid for for the reason why they cannot make changes!more ...hide ...

We have lived here for 12 years and have never had any major issues, George the maintenance guy is awesome. He always took care of us and it was prompt.
