Ive been here many years since Karen and Donny to Tim When I first moved here they were stringent as they should had been cause they kept the tenants in check especially keeping the grounds and stairwells cleaned Now through the years it has been slo Ive been here many years since Karen and Donny to Tim When I first moved here they were stringent as they should had been cause they kept the tenants in check especially keeping the grounds and stairwells cleaned Now through the years it has been slowly declining and become nasty and trashy outside and the stairwells They use to pressure clean the outside but that barely gets done now I dont know who they have allowed to move in these units but man these nasty tenants are bringing it down quickly Building 420 I think across from the park is just gross how they leave all kinds of trash outside and had the nerves to have a Christmas tree in the breezeway when its against cose to have a bike in the breezeway I hate that the tenants sits onto stairs smoking their leaving their garbage behind more ... hide ...

Apartment itself is nice and Ive never had issues with the management theyre always prompt and friendly Some of the tenants leave a lot to be desired but that doesnt speak to the complex as a whole
