This place was originally great, with employees who I thought cared about its residents. My family was looking for a 3 bedroom apartment, due to a death in the family, and we had picked one and the lady (whose name I can't remember) said she would gi This place was originally great, with employees who I thought cared about its residents. My family was looking for a 3 bedroom apartment, due to a death in the family, and we had picked one and the lady (whose name I can't remember) said she would give us the keys at the end of the month, and an inspection would occur. However, after two days of no contact, we called the office to find out they had given the apartment to someone else! They apologized and offered us a 3 bedroom for a lower rent and said they would inspect it the next day. Unfortunately, it was already given to someone else that morning! This is unacceptable and it appears the housing management is just after money and not taking into account their loyal, punctual tenants. It's understandable that business is business, but residents should always be treated with respect. Unless they make this right, I'll help my family find a better complex where they prioritize their residents.Update: Addison Landing did reach out and apologized to us personally and is doing their best to help us find the unit we need. more ... hide ...

Ive sincerely enjoyed my time at the property for the past few years No issues like loud noise or insects Florida can be a problem at the wrong complex Management has been excellent in the rare times Ive had a question Keep doing what youre doing
