I took time off work (unpaid) to be there and the same curtesy was not given.Lily was a GREAT complex manager and had AMAZING customer service skills. I met Ana one time for the first time at my third year renewal.Who ever the CORPORATE MANAGER is for the complex needs to better manage their employees.After three years I was left with a very sour experience and this is why I left breaking my lease.more ...hide ...
