I have lived at Banyan appts for 7 yrs and enjoyed all the friends Ive made and the management is outstanding and prompt with handling problemsnThe apartments are very nice and spacious In other words Im a happy camper
UPDATE THE NEW MANAGER has made favorable changes An additional maintenance person was hired the carpeting in the hallways and lobby stairs are vacuumed more often and other nice changes have made the place an even nicer place to livenn OLD MANAGEUPDATE THE NEW MANAGER has made favorable changes An additional maintenance person was hired the carpeting in the hallways and lobby stairs are vacuumed more often and other nice changes have made the place an even nicer place to livenn OLD MANAGEMENT INFO BELOW nThe ONE maintenance person is a nice lady but she cannot keep up with everything Corporate needs to hire additional help Maybe then the nasty carpet on the main stairwell and in the halls can get vacuumed more than once or twice a year They are ALWAYS filthy Very disappointingnnThe apartments are nicesized and the building is set way off the road which is very nice Activities for the senior residents are nice and the pool and public restrooms are kept clean For these reasons I give it 3 stars If it was based on cleanliness of the carpets it would get 1 starmore ...hide ...

My Mother just moved into these apartments and I have to say when we left her we felt very comfortable with the support of the team members, the cleanliness of the facility and the friendly tenants. Its difficult to move your parent from their home into a smaller living facility, but this community was just what she was looking for to keep her involved in activities and meeting new friends along the way.
