This is by far the worst community to live in the prices are the best but the COMMUNICATION is the absolute WORSE Ive been living here and I reported mold in my unit and they blamed me for the unit having mold DO NOT MOVE HERE
Dont stay here My unit has mold been reported it since Jan Im still waiting to be moved They moved me in knowing that the tenant before me complained about it Please say yourself the nightmare
Ive been calling for 2 weeks with no answer or anyone reaching out to me after i left multiple voicemails cant get pass the phone n this is already looking like a horrible idea
Lovely area very nice they keep the place well kept just some neighbors are very noisy and they like to leave trash bags outside their door for days and remnants end up being scattered all over the place hungry critters not a good look

I have reported this disturbance to the manager three times, but nothing has been done about it. On top of that, she hasn't even followed up with me to check if the noise has gotten any better. The last time I called, the man at the office told me that there was nothing they could do and that I just had to deal with it. I've been searching for a new place to stay where the people are more professional and where I can have some peace and quiet. Even my kids can't focus on their online classes due to all the noise. I'm constantly suffering from headaches and can't get any sleep, so I have to go to my mom's house to get some rest. It's not right to be in this situation when I'm paying on time and have been a good tenant. I wouldn't wish this on anyone else.more ...hide ...
