Regarding a serious concernnnMajor health concerns with my mother She has chronic health concerns as do other residents in the unit Yet it has been over 2 weeks since the elevator has been repaired One is functioning the other is not We waited over 4Regarding a serious concernnnMajor health concerns with my mother She has chronic health concerns as do other residents in the unit Yet it has been over 2 weeks since the elevator has been repaired One is functioning the other is not We waited over 47 minutes for the one elevator She ended up going up the stairs in pain and very upset crying This is unacceptable and against health regulations As this can result in a major problem for many of the elderly I like a time frame of when this elevator will be repaired Please respond withing 24 hours or I will result to contacting the better business bureau and the health department Your elevators should be up to code and inspected regularlynnIn addition Cares are damaged constantly and broken into on the properties parking lot and there is never a resolution The manager does a poor job in managing the facility and never expresses concerns for the residentnnI am still waiting for a call back or an emailnnMGmore ...hide ...

This was the worst place I€™ve ever rented. There were roaches all over, even after tenting. Management was rude and disrespectful. There were so many issues, these pictures show only two issues and this wasn€™t the worst headache by far.If you want to know the truth about this place look at all the 1 and 2 star reviews first. Even the old ones are still relevant. When things started to go wrong I wanted to know how I didn€™t know what to expect. I realize now the 1 star comments don€™t always come up in order, but I had most of the same issues.This may look like a place that€™s not that bad, but do your homework first. Ask around and see what people say. Some people may be afraid to speak up but some will be honest. The way I was treated here was not right.
