2022-04-14T18:09:47ZI came to Garden Park senior living to see if they were allowing licensed agents do events for the community no one was at the office My 3 phone calls were not picked up Came across a few residents here who said theres staffing issues and that theres I came to Garden Park senior living to see if they were allowing licensed agents do events for the community no one was at the office My 3 phone calls were not picked up Came across a few residents here who said theres staffing issues and that theres almost never anyone available One lady told me she couldnt even resign her lease at one point because no one was ever here She also told me a senior was in his apartment and hadnt come out in awhile the nearby neighbors asked for a wellness check and they said no God forbid someones deceased in the room or building The outside of the community looks clean and well kept Seems like they need more staff I hope I can get in contact with someone soon to engage with the community here more ... hide ...

I don't despise living here, but I do wish there was more support. It This apartment complex has a revolving door when it comes to leasing agents and maintenance. Nobody is ever in the office and if someone is, they usually don't know how to assist. I don't despise living here, but I do wish there was more support. It is very difficult to get anything done, such as air filters that should be replaced monthly, but you're lucky to receive one every three months. Now they want you to pay rent through Rent Cafe, an application. I have been trying to make it work correctly for days without success; when I asked the lady in the office for help, she told me to sign up on a desktop. Again, I tried and was unable to do it; all I needed was a bit of assistance, yet I could not get it. I also needed documents faxed and offered to pay for the service; however, they said it was unnecessary. As expected, the leasing agent told me my paperwork was bent up and wouldn't fax. I took it to another place, and the documents were sent in mere minutes without anyone informing me that my paperwork was bent. The leasing agent clearly did not want to do it. My main issue is paying rent through the app, so whether they like it or not, a check will be in the Dropbox – case closed. more ... hide ...
