I am currently residing in this rental community, and to be honest and open I am not content. Recently, the maintenance worker of the complex disconnected my AC, leaving me and my three children to sleep in the heat of Miami. Even though there are ceI am currently residing in this rental community, and to be honest and open I am not content. Recently, the maintenance worker of the complex disconnected my AC, leaving me and my three children to sleep in the heat of Miami. Even though there are ceiling fans, they were unable to give us any relief. When I wrote an email expressing my dissatisfaction and what my family had to go through, Ashley (Property Manager) didn't show any sympathy or understanding. All I was told was that it was a misunderstanding, and no apology was offered for their miscommunication. As previously mentioned in other reviews, maintenance doesn't fix anything and they may not be qualified or trained to do so. Please keep in mind that this problem existed before the current pandemic, so don't get tricked. I can't comprehend how a large rental community only has one worker, and if that person isn't available, tenants who are paying are unable to get services. If I could rate this review with zero stars, I would, but since I wish for others to hear about my experience and make a wiser decision when renting from a property that will actually care, I'm leaving one star. I am convinced that those who are giving this rental community more stars are either friends or family of Solabella employees. Why? There is no way that those with complaints have the same issues unless there is truth to those objections.
