I decided to take a look at an apartment building and encountered the very friendly and helpful building manager, Tavarus. It's rare to find a cordial manager in Miami, who isn't indifferent, uneducated, or even deceitful. It was a pleasure to find someone pleasant and knowledgeable to talk to, instead of a crafty salesman. If you or someone you know is interested in a 62+ building in Coconut Grove, you should go meet Tavarus - he'll take good care of you and appears to genuinely care about the people who live there. The building is in great condition, attractive, and close to Coconut Grove's downtown and the Metrorail. Granted, the area is still a work in progress, but I heard from other inhabitants that crime is not a major issue, any more than in the average Miami locality. My mom has been living here since this place opened Very attentive staff with Tavarus Norman and Renny making sure the needs of this older population is taken care of which can be demanding
Tavarus and Norman are super sweet and helpful with all of the residents always have a great attitude and willing to help at any time Great place to live
