PINNACLE AT TARPON RIVER

I used to love living here, until I discovered the mold issue. I had been telling them about an ongoing roof leak for years, but they ignored it. Each time it would rain, water would also leak into my unit. I discovered the mold after moving a long f I used to love living here, until I discovered the mold issue. I discovered the mold after moving a long furniture box out of my closet. It's unclear how long the black mold had been there for. At first they tried to clean it with store bought mold cleaner, but I demanded that they hire a professional company to test the wall and air. The mold report came back saying there was a major issue and they had to remove the wall. They did not even notify me before having the remediation company tear down the closet/living room wall. I came home to find my house in disarray with my dog sitting in the midst of fumes, and one of workers sitting in my couch with a gas mask on. They did not even have the decency to offer me a hotel room, and the remediation took about a week! I later found out from speaking to other residents that mold has plagued this building for years but they just cover it up with paint and move on. Don't expect to get your deposit back either - they charged me for throwing away one garbage bag. After all they put me through, this is how they treat their tenants. more ... hide ...

Tried calling for leasing information The lady was not helpful I could barely understand what she was saying and provided no feedback as to when a unit may be availalble
