Garbage cans are overflowing, sidewalks and buildings have mold and mildew, no maintenance workers or porters, and water damage on two floors with no attempt to preserve carpets or structure. Baseboards are scattered across the first and second floors. After two apartments caught fire, fire suppressors were installed, but they had been stored on site for two years and never used. There was once beautiful landscaping, but it was destroyed by a landscaping company that did not recognize the difference between a flowering plant and a hedge. Black and green mold is present on all sidewalks and buildings, especially the north side. The BBQ grill has not worked in years and will not be replaced, and residents are not allowed to bring their own. The fountain does not work anymore, resulting in thousands of mosquitos and alligators. Management is terrible and often argues with residents. They come into their apartments each month to inspect something, but it is really just nosiness. They accuse residents without evidence or proof of breaking the rules and write them up. They have known for over four years that the Radon level is 10 pCi/L, which is above the highest level of safety, but they have done nothing to mitigate or even tell second and third floor residents.more ...hide ...

Lovely buildings and great landscaping and amenities Apartments are spacious and have very good appliances and laundry facilities Buildings are secure and quiet and the tenants are very friendly but not intrusive

Been here for four years Ive experienced over 6 inspections, shootings, harrassment from the community and the office help. They charge for everything, good luck having a nice outside area they only get it cut after three weeks. The building have dangerous mold they cover with paint, insects from roaches to ants, flies and fleas even though I never owned a pet. If you want somewhere to be stuck this is it they dont give effective help to families in need but instead drains the family of money resources and there has been no HUD officials that are easy to get in touch with and talk about anything so they just keep changing over property managers with little to no change for the tenants besides more inspections and more out of pocket money for light bulbs, painting and blinds.
