Baseboards are scattered across the first and second floors. After two apartments caught fire, fire suppressors were installed, but they had been stored on site for two years and never used. There was once beautiful landscaping, but it was destroyed by a landscaping company that did not recognize the difference between a flowering plant and a hedge. Black and green mold is present on all sidewalks and buildings, especially the north side. The BBQ grill has not worked in years and will not be replaced, and residents are not allowed to bring their own. The fountain does not work anymore, resulting in thousands of mosquitos and alligators. Management is terrible and often argues with residents. They come into their apartments each month to inspect something, but it is really just nosiness. They accuse residents without evidence or proof of breaking the rules and write them up. They have known for over four years that the Radon level is 10 pCi/L, which is above the highest level of safety, but they have done nothing to mitigate or even tell second and third floor residents. more ... hide ...
