WOULD BE ZERO STARS IF I COULD I would not rent from here took from Feb Apr to be told I couldnt be rented to because I make to much which I clearly didnt They added 4 more an hour to my income to make sure I didnt get in They been through numerous WOULD BE ZERO STARS IF I COULD I would not rent from here took from Feb Apr to be told I couldnt be rented to because I make to much which I clearly didnt They added 4 more an hour to my income to make sure I didnt get in They been through numerous managers while working with them on the application process And they say you got the apartment and then pull it from under your feet They have had my holding fee of 200 since Feb and will not pay it back to me Its now been 3 months they had my 200 and say they mailed a check twice to me and I have YET to receive it The communication is horrible they screen calls and never answer even though they are sitting right at the desk Next step I will be informing my lawyer as they may not need the 200 but I as a single mother who came from upstate ny with nothing but the clothes on my back and starting over from scratch absolutely need it back This is heartbreaking they are able to treat people in need in such a waymore ...hide ...

A wonderful slice of peace in Brooksville. We just love this community with all the sidewalks to walk our dog and the upkeep of the community.
