I've been living here for almost three years and each month my water bill is incredibly high for a two-bedroom apartment - a whopping $200. They claim they don't know why so much water is coming in, although there must be a leak somewhere. They claim they don't know why so much water is coming in, although there must be a leak somewhere. Supposedly, they are sending emails, but it's all a lie. This is a problem outside the apartment, yet I still have to pay for it. I went to the office to try and talk to the manager, but he's never around and his phone doesn't even answer. They never call me back to tell me if they've replied to the emails I sent; there's been no response or solution. When I question when they'll resolve the water issue, they tell me they'll send an email to someone - no idea why it never gets through. Others have voiced their complaints about the high bill, but when I asked them they were only charged $60. Now I've been without air conditioning for a week, so I can't even turn on the heater as the temperature is already at 50 degrees. My kids and I have been waking up with sore throats and stuffy noses. I asked them for a heater, but they don't have one and can't tell me when they'll get one. I'm just hoping this Friday the A/C part will arrive. I pay my rent on time each month and they treat me this way - it's not fair.more ...hide ...
