I am a 59yearold female looking for rental housing I can move in now or anytime within the next 4 months The size of the apartment is limited by my Section 8 voucher It ranges from 1000 for an efficiency to well over 2250 for 1BR depending on the location That voucher pays more in some locations in other words and size does not really matter I would be fine with a studio since it is just me I have no pets or kids It must be in Sarasota county I do have a bad credit rating since I still owe medical bills I will eventually pay them but it will be years late sadly I will fail any application that relies on a good credit rating but could pay extra for a deposit if necessary I can tour in the afternoon with at least a few days of notice Locations that offer furnishings Include electricity and a gym are more attractive to me I would be a quiet and safe tenant I can be reached at **last*name**hidden**laurieyahoocom

Staff does NOT care AT ALL about us residents! They come and go as they please...they NEVER keep regular hours!
