I asked if they typically know when leases end, as most places know at around 60 days, and she said she had not heard of such a system. After monitoring the website, I noticed one became available, so I tried to set up a virtual tour, as I am not currently in Atlanta, yet the scheduling window only allows for physical tours. I attempted to contact them multiple times through both phone and email for assistance setting up a virtual tour, but there has been no response. If this is how they treat someone trying to sign a lease, I can only imagine how unresponsive they would be once they already had a tenant. more ... hide ...

I lived in the C building for 2 years The looks and feel of the property are fantastic very well maintained and just a beautiful place to call home It was a really unique experience living here with all the history of the building that you can see an I lived in the C building for 2 years The looks and feel of the property are fantastic very well maintained and just a beautiful place to call home It was a really unique experience living here with all the history of the building that you can see and feel around you every day On the downside the elevator was rather slow but its a really old elevator and I wouldnt replace it honestly the slow speed is worth it as it contributed to the feel of the place Security was annoying as the gates tended to back up during rush hour and sometimes the key card didnt work Honestly I wish it was not a gated community as the neighborhood is very safe and the process of getting in and out of the gates was annoying Overall I really enjoyed my time here and always recommend it when I hear someone is looking for a new apt Between the brick walls in the units the beautiful courtyard and the pool area that looks straight out of a movie the whole property is just lovely place to be more ... hide ...
