This is the second time my shower has malfunctioned since living here, and it has taken them two weeks to fix it each time. Additionally, there is a lot of noise coming from outside my apartment that is very irritating to my roommate and me. The maintenance staff is terrible; why do they even advertise 24-hour emergency maintenance if they don't even follow through? All they care about is collecting rent. This place is horrendous. Cars are broken into on a regular basis and you can be locked out of your own apartment if maintenance fails to inform you that they have messed up the lock. My roommate and I were actually locked out for one night because of this. I deeply regret renewing the lease here. Before signing a contract, make sure you have explored all other options. This is not what you should expect when you are paying your hard-earned money to a building, and they do not show their residents any consideration. If I could, I would give it zero stars. I hope this review will help someone who is on the fence about moving here. Consider your other options!more ...hide ...

I use to work here when it was under a different management team. The residents are very nice. The social worker who replaced me is nice and personable. I like what the new owners have done to the building. Really nice.
