Was at this place 4 different times. Seen someone new every time. Not happy its been 2 months now and still nothing done.They sent me home to order. So Id order the phone but I called at least 20 or 30 times for help then they tell me I have to do it since there stock is different too. They all told me the 7plus was still 1000 trade in then Im told its not and a bunch of bull. I havent had a phone since April/ May yet Im still having to pay for it. As well as I cant set up auto pay to save the 15.00 a month cause nothings right and fixed. Im sick of this! Why cant someone help me. Tmobile whats the deal since you merged its a night mare again.
