The staff are almost always welcoming; the only person I've had an issue with was an older woman (I don't know her name), whereas Fanny, Millie, and Adriana are very courteous and professional. Pros: I'm fond of the local schools. Everything we need is within a ten-minute drive. The pricing for this area is really reasonable. The property is nicely maintained (although there was a broken trash compactor for a week). Cons: The application process is quite long (although they are helpful and try to assist you). The community is non-smoking (even outside) which I find a little strange. Lots of mosquitoes (typical of the south). Noisy neighbors (to be expected in an apartment). Quarterly inspections (annoying, but I understand it's necessary to make sure the property is livable).
