I have been living in Avalon Apartments for almost four years and when the pandemic began, I had the internet service set up so that my children could attend their virtual classes. However, in April 2021, I started having trouble with my internet and the technician said that I needed a new wall fish line installed. He said that it was not the responsibility of the internet company, but that I should tell my landlord about it. I informed my landlord, but to this day, nothing has been done. I have been without internet service for over a year now and I have had to purchase gigs from a Wi-Fi box which is getting very expensive. Last month, the office told me to ask the maintenance man in the street what the issue was, but that didn't help either. I am unable to take jobs from home and my children are struggling with virtual learning because of the management's refusal to fix this problem. I plan to leave further reviews about this situation, but for now, I'm just focusing on this one.more ...hide ...
