Hi the apartments are very nice but they have a very bad mold issue and noone seems to want to address the problem The steps have soft spots in them no matter how much I spray the spiders and other small bugs keep reappearing the molding around th Hi the apartments are very nice but they have a very bad mold issue and noone seems to want to address the problem The steps have soft spots in them no matter how much I spray the spiders and other small bugs keep reappearing the molding around the toilet and shower is very loose The closet door handles wont stay on The wood like floors and walls sweat really bad during the summer Several snakes have been found throughout the complex as well They cant seem to keep an office manager or maintenance guy for the Fitzgerald property and when they do have one its only 2 days out the week When you finally get in touch with someone they are very rude and unprofessional about it The apartments are only 3 years old more ... hide ...
