On my first night of move-in, it was not a pleasant experience. When I turned on the light in the kitchen, I saw roaches running around, meaning that the place had not been properly cleaned or treated for pests before I was allowed to move in. When I turned on the light in the kitchen, I saw roaches running around, meaning that the place had not been properly cleaned or treated for pests before I was allowed to move in. As a health inspector, I knew this was not acceptable for public health. I sent a complaint to Tara, but she did not acknowledge or respond until Monday, May 9th. I was at Walmart three times buying chemicals to clean the kitchen, bathroom, and windows until after 5am on May 7th. I haven't rented an apartment for 35 years, and it was horrible to see this kind of living space offered to any tenant. Just because the building is old does not mean it is acceptable to live in. Some of the windows were missing screens, which Tara was able to replace two of them, and one is still outstanding. The unit had a strong smell of weed smoke, which should have been taken care of before I moved in. There was a baby roach in the refrigerator. There should have been better service than this, especially considering that I am a senior citizen. I plan to honor the contract I signed, but people should still be provided efficient and respectful services for their money. more ... hide ...

They were easy and great to work with I was moving from out of state and process was so smooth So far everything within the apartment has worked perfectly I am very happy here
