This seems like a nice place The crown molding is extensive and there are always fresh flowers in the lobby The staff is nice and the residents seem happy Medical alarms go off a lot though

This property has gone down hill fast. They switch owners like most people get showers. The building are in need of some paint and up keep. The dumpster is always over flowing. First, as soon as they arAWFUL PLACE! DONT RENT HERE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!The new management that purchased this property over the summer (2017) are awful. They dont have a clue about managing properties or apartments. First, as soon as they arrived on the scene they increased the rent. They are money-hungry and dont care about their tenants. They only care about collecting those rent checks.Secondly, they dont handle ANY issue that arises. Have problems with horrible tenants? Dont bother talking to management! They wont do anything! People constantly violate the rental agreements and community guidelines here and they dont care.Have a maintenance request? Well, maybe they will come fix it, and maybe not! And if they do come to fix it, you might be waiting a week for them to show up.The grounds are so messy and unkempt. Previously, we had great landscapers that kept the place nice and tidy. I guess management got rid of them to \"save money\", and hired a relative who obviously needs classes on how to cut grass! When they actually do cut the grass (knee-high!) they leave clippings and dirt all over your patios and dont bother blowing them off with a blower. You have to completely clean your patios and patio furniture afterwards. They dont pick up trash that is all over the property grounds. Looks like a dump. They dont do pest control either!No one watches their kids here. Kids will mess with your property and vehicles. Management does nothing!*They have pressure washed the buildings and re-painted the outside, so thats a plus!* Inside is a whole other issue. They half-way do anything here. Most appliances are garbage. They barely patch holes and repaint. My unit wasnt patched or re-painted at all when we moved in! The linoleum in kitchen and bathrooms have tons of holes and rips. They dont seem to replace that in-between tenants, or even patch them. Most of the front doors need replaced. You can see daylight and feel air blow right in around the doors! And all the front doors slam, so be prepared to be constantly disturbed by noise while living here.Its definitely NOT a quiet and clean place to live. Go elsewhere!more ...hide ...
