I have been here about 5 years There has been at least 4 new managements take over Everything seemed to be good when it was The Reserve at Windy Hill So much has changed for the worse Maintenance is so slow the electrical sockets dont work my ceiling I have been here about 5 years There has been at least 4 new managements take over Everything seemed to be good when it was The Reserve at Windy Hill So much has changed for the worse Maintenance is so slow the electrical sockets dont work my ceiling in my closet is covered in water stains from apparently leaking from the roof roaches and mice over flowing garbage dumpsters grounds is unkept the fans in the bathroom are loud and I can go on Do not choose this place to live more ... hide ...

Been here 2months at first I was having second thoughts due to the lack of management far as trash surrounding all buildings and maintenance goes But then it started to get better the longer I stayed now Ive seen one roach in my kitchen and quickly Been here 2months at first I was having second thoughts due to the lack of management far as trash surrounding all buildings and maintenance goes But then it started to get better the longer I stayed now Ive seen one roach in my kitchen and quickly called for pest control which comes every weekhavent seen a roach since lol Neighbors are mixed so you get a little bit of everything from Mexican music to the African music and country music These are some Big Spacious apartments for an affordable price tho you have to sometimes take the good with the bad Great starter apartments dont plan to stay after lease is up tho I havent seen any crimes yet I say come on by and apply more ... hide ...

Dont bother moving into here Price and quality is ok But soon enough youll be having maintenance done on just about everything and they take their sweet time completing so
