My mom lived here for three years neighbors were Awesome and friendly The staff was horrible and rude to say the least Except the maintenance people they were always kind and helpful My mom was 80 years old and getting senile she would ask a lot of qMy mom lived here for three years neighbors were Awesome and friendly The staff was horrible and rude to say the least Except the maintenance people they were always kind and helpful My mom was 80 years old and getting senile she would ask a lot of questions about letters left on her door and the staff would be rude and very curt with her They called the secretary the hospital and told my mom if she was going to be there two weeks or longer she could lose her apartment My mom passed January 2022 I found her no help period From the staff they just stood around talking my moms neighbors helped me it took me a week yo clean her apartment and when we went to the office so they could inspect it we were informed alls we need is the keys I asked about her rent and security deposit and was told we dont handle that here and we were told she needed to clean the rugs What she just did Food is disgusting and they make them take it I love my mom and wish I had moved her out more ...hide ...
I dont live there but visits a friend there Clean nice apartments hospital helpful professional staff I met them at a community dance that they organized The residents are happy

It is a nice place but for a Senior community its too expensive and it keeps going up Im gonna have to find another place for my parent

Management is the worst and neglects its Tennants . Verbal work orders go for months without being addressed and when you complain the Maintenance manger / former maintenance tells you to \"get a job and you wont have tiManagement is the worst and neglects its Tennants . My unit wasnt refurbished apon my move in inspection. I myself have worked for apartments complexs and have lived in plenty of apartments to know that management prays on the ignorance and fear of the Tennants. The elderly and disabled suffers in silence when there A.C units go out for months. Only verbal work orders no written. Worst Property management ever! Mangers like Adrianna who try to fix issues get overwhelmed when they are found reliable and compitant and dependable.Thank you Adrianna... (Keisha Monahan and temp mangers from corporate have been rude and very argumentative this also includes RayJean Lewis who hangs up on Tennants and forwards calls to personal voicemail. Lakeview needs new management! Hj Russell please pay people what there worth so they can help manage and maintain the propertymore ...hide ...
