Phoning them only directs you to an offsite call center where staff are polite but can't provide answers. After six calls with promises of a callback that never came, I had to go into the leasing office in person for information. We were unknowingly placed on a waitlist for the apartment we applied for – even though the website said "only one left!" – and three other people were ahead of us. The website is highly misleading by making it seem like one has a chance when you really don't; if approved, expect an indefinite wait before anyone contacts you about getting it. Staff are helpful yet almost impossible to contact; they won't relay info unless you show up in person. This place may be affordable but is unreliable; I wasted two weeks that could have been spent looking at better apartments elsewhere. Don't apply here! more ... hide ...
