It was like Disney hospitality at an apartment complex! The grounds were immaculate and the model was modern, clean and well-maintained. Everyone we encountered, from before meeting them until meeting the manager Erika, made us feel welcome with a sense of community warmth that isn't always found nowadays. Erika provided us with information about the area and its amenities; she answered all our questions honestly and clearly explained what to expect in the application process. She made it seem like she would be delighted for us to be her neighbors; never did it appear that she was doing something out of obligation.
Finding a place to call home can be overwhelming so you want it to feel like home where you are surrounded by similar people but enough diversity for growth. That's my takeaway from visiting Westlight Apartments - their staff is careful about who they accept as tenants in order to preserve that same feeling of hospitality before even applying...just as Disney and other major companies do! I submitted my application already but regardless of outcome, my review would remain unchanged.more ...hide ...
I would give a zero rating if I could for these apartments! The property manager, Erica Kelly, is very rude and disrespectful. The property manager, Erica Kelly, is very rude and disrespectful. She lied to my husband's face about movers she had hired who stole his property. We reported it to a police officer and he asked why Erica was acting inhumanely. We asked her for the number of corporate and she tried to avoid it by giving us the number of regional manager Hugh Nelson instead. He suggested that we misunderstood what Erica said and refused help since we weren't residents of the complex. Donna Collins was the last person we spoke to, but everyone should be fired for horrible customer service!more ...hide ...

I use to work here when it was under a different management team. The residents are very nice. The social worker who replaced me is nice and personable. I like what the new owners have done to the building. Really nice.
