I love this place In the beginning of the application process I was hesitant but James eased my nerves He was very easy to talk to and thorough he told me that they didnt have anything to see but he sent me a video of one of his moveins and I was sat I love this place In the beginning of the application process I was hesitant but James eased my nerves He was very easy to talk to and thorough he told me that they didnt have anything to see but he sent me a video of one of his moveins and I was satisfied Once I moved in he was very professional communicating with me things that werent fix but were going to get fixed After a week maintenance fix the issues and Ive been happy and satisfied James also called and checked in me making sure I was ok I appreciated that Two thumbs up for this place and make sure you find James hes a great character funny guy more ... hide ...

I am not pleased with my move-in experience. James from the office was nice until he couldn't get his way concerning the move-in. After that, it was obvious he had a negative attitude towards me. I thought I'd be living on the Summerdale side when I filled out my application, but it turns out I'm in a different area and James failed to mention this. I had to read my lease myself and even find the trash dumpster since he neglected to inform me about it. He was very unprofessional when he didn't tell me my rent amount either. It's heartbreaking to think I have to put up with him for an entire year. Moving and starting anew is supposed to be a happy thing, but he completely took away the joy. Given the current COVID situation, it's difficult to find another place, so I signed the lease. However, I now feel that was not the right decision. Therefore, I suggest avoiding James and opt for another agent. The manager was really kind though. more ... hide ...
