I went to take food to a sick elderly friend.I came out after 12 minutes and my car was booted.Had to pay 100 dollars to get boot off.They are running a scam on these poor people people in HUD housing. The scam in part is this 22 apartments on each side only 4 visitor spots so only 4 residents at a time can have visitors .I was told by a very hateful woman named Candy hu8ggins that she didnt have an answer on what the 5th visitor should do except to park at the Walmart on the next block 200 yards away and walk. Also would not tell me where the towing company was located. I figure miss candy is getting at least $ 25 kickback with other 25 going. To owners FeliX Diamond And John Martin. Of course she denied they exist. I do know they are listed as paying tax under Lookout. Property Management. Fix your sign Candy state law says it must say In 3 inch letters booting enforced 24/7. I can tell u another 4 laws. U are in violation off i can do that because me and my lawyer have already taken pictures. But ill save that fun for later.more ...hide ...
