This roach infested apartment complex is horrible Keep raising the rent but cant get rid of the roaches The dont work with when you are suffering a hardship We pay a lot of money for nothing but a dog park and a kids park

I'm not sure where to begin. After spending time reading the reviews, I can honestly state that I'm baffled by people giving this complex five stars. There is an expected standard for apartments and this particular one is lacking. The staff is disorg I'm not sure where to begin. The staff is disorganized and unprofessional; for example, recently my key was either misplaced or left in my door after a scheduled maintenance visit. When I voiced my worries for my family's security, I was laughed at over the phone. If you're considering renting here, be prepared to keep track of things that the complex should be taking care of. Since my key has been lost, I no longer receive my weekly post maintenance, which is included in the rent. I was then told I need to come in so they can copy my key in order for maintenance to begin again next week. This is completely unacceptable - renters, be warned. more ... hide ...
