Property manager acts like she cares about you but all she cares about is money getting the apartments rented out Good apartments but the management of the property makes it bad

Ive lived in Ashton Park for 2 years now my lease is up this month only reason Im not renewing is because Im relocating For the price the complex is great Ms Greta was the property manager when I first moved in and she was absolutely amaziiinnng the Ive lived in Ashton Park for 2 years now my lease is up this month only reason Im not renewing is because Im relocating For the price the complex is great Ms Greta was the property manager when I first moved in and she was absolutely amaziiinnng the property was always safe clean professional and all my work orders were handled within 24hrs Now when she left I could definitely tell the difference work orders were handled but it took at least a week my ac unit stayed going out and it took longer than I wanted to get it fixed Ms Jennifer the new property manager was also good however there was an obvious difference in her and Ms Greta but it wasnt anything that would cause me to move out overall I would say that Ashton Park is a great place to stay older community but its been kept up fairly well more ... hide ...

She is transforming Ashton Park into a ghetto and a hazardous environment. She fabricates the property regulations in order to make the manager think she is doing a great job, which she is not. A number of tenants are exiting since she has become the property manager. She is not a suitable replacement for the Ashton Park brand and if she remains the property manager, the apartments will suffer due to her lack of qualifications to fill the shoes of the former property managers. She is the most inadequate property manager Ashton Park has ever had and I, too, will be relocating from these apartments before the situation gets even worse due to her inadequate management. The trash on the property accumulates each week due to poor management, which should not be the case since she resides on the property. I sincerely hope any tenant who is having issues with the property manager finds a better place to move since they are paying rent for their dwelling. more ... hide ...
