Hopefully, with new management and people moving, I will feel about this move when I get on the property. No,Hi..! No, we cant fight crime, but there are some things that we can do as tenants, to ensure our own safety. As far as the bugs goes, they seem to be everywhere in Atlanta, no matter how new or old the apartments are, nor how much we have to pay for rent. I look forward to meeting this great team and hope that they will be able to help me. I have had landlords, way worse....I just want to be comfortable and most def not have to put in any work orders and nothing is fixed....Sincerely, an interested resident.more ...hide ...
