The units could be fantastic, but if they are not kept up, they will break down. My biggest worry is with the carpeting. Not long after we moved in seven years ago, the AC unit leaked and the carpets were drenched, reaching into the dining area and living room. They came to clean and "fix" it, but since then we have had this issue at least once a year. Now, it is the second time that the pipes in the neighboring unit have burst and caused water damage in our unit. My mother's bedroom was affected, and her clothes, shoes, paperwork, and photos were damaged twice. We are still waiting for them to come and clean the carpets again. It smells of mold and water in the apartment. To make matters worse, I have been trying to get the carpet removed for months, because of my allergies, and have provided a doctor's letter, which I was told I needed. I had to sleep in a moldy apartment last night - can you imagine what that does to someone with severe allergies?more ...hide ...

New management came in and didnt treat for roaches, or any other issues we had within a reasonable time. The apartments became roach infested and i personally spent hundreds of dollars on poisons to get rid of them but nothing worked. They eventually promised me another apartment before my lease was up only to call me 3 days before the lease ended to tell me that the apartment wasnt available anymore, leaving me with 3 days to find another apartment with no apology or semblance of care. They also dramatically increased the rent for all of the apartments as well . DO NOT MOVE HERE !more ...hide ...

I was a new applicant. I provided everything they requested and they had a lie every time I called to check on my application. Ron in the office lies sooo much. Dont believe a word he says and Sonya follows the leader. DI was a new applicant. I provided everything they requested and they had a lie every time I called to check on my application.
