Plumbing is often leaking and maintenance has been known to enter without notice or valid emergency reason multiple times in my two-years living there. During one month they visited my building 4-5 times "to check on something" and their quarterly inspections never catch anything wrong on their end. Maintenance also rarely arrives when they say they will; it may take up to a week after. Management sent memos threatening violations and fees for not having all counters clean or a few dishes in the sink which was unenforceable but tenants were unaware of this. Some workers in the office are unpleasant to be around as well. Children throw rocks at cars while waiting for school buses, run rampant without parental supervision and at night time use drugs at the basketball court -- had I lived closer I would've moved out after my first year there! To potential tenants: stay away from this property if any of these issues make you concerned - I wish I knew earlier!
