This property is really nice and situated close to downtown Woodstock. The apartments and the grounds are kept clean and tidy. I have been visiting my girlfriend who lives here for a year and a half. I have been visiting my girlfriend who lives here for a year and a half. If the same management is still in place, I would advise any potential tenants against moving in. The maintenance and grounds staff are helpful and friendly; the issue is with the office. From our experience, they are the most uncooperative people I have ever encountered in any business. From the start, they ignore you and treat you with utter disrespect. Instead of addressing questions or complaints, they lie and claim they have no manager. It is unbelievable that a business could operate without one. I have seen other tenants try to get their grievances addressed for more than a month with no success. The source of the problem seems to be a person in the office called Shirley, who is extremely rude and unhelpful. Every time an issue is raised, they threaten to impose fines for unrelated matters instead of addressing the customer's concerns. If you live here and have any issues, I would recommend going to the Better Business Bureau, as this is the only way to get assistance. Avoid the frustration, anguish and weeks of futile effort trying to talk to the unhelpful and hostile office staff. This is an excellent property; it deserves an office team that reflects this, rather than making it a nightmare.more ...hide ...
Ive lived here for about 4 12 years now and up untill recently I had nothing but good things to say about this property howevernnAbout 18 months ago we underwent several changes in management with our current office staff being the worst yet They arIve lived here for about 4 12 years now and up untill recently I had nothing but good things to say about this property howevernnAbout 18 months ago we underwent several changes in management with our current office staff being the worst yet They are incapable of taking notes incredibly impersonal they dont listen to concerns or answer questions Often times the same person in the office will call multiple days in a row asking the same questions and then forget the next day Ive lived here for over 4 years and i was denied access to the office fax machine because I left my ID at home and couldnt prove I lived here The office staff has the memory of a small child and the clerical skills of a mentally deficient monkey They dont do any work unless it involves getting somebody new to move in and then as soon as the papers are signed they forget you exist They will even put off renewing your lease for up to 10 months like they did to us I have never dealt with a more unprofessional unknowledgeable untalented unintelligent and impolite group of people in a professional setting in my lifennThe apartments arent high quality and often times instead of fixing problems they problems are just covered up for the next tenants to discover The pool is often crowded by unattended children from neighboring areas and is far from relaxing but thats only if the pool is opened on time which is very rare Last summer the pool was only open for about a month The buildings often have faulty fire alarms which results in the fire department showing up at 3am and doing door to door checks there are even some more serious issues such as sewage flowing directly into the breezeway as was the case last week it took 2 days for somebody to remove the human waste from outside peoples front doors Also the community trash compactor bill is often not paid on time so the trashbags spill out of the compactor and sometimes reach onto the street at a depth of 68 feet that just adds to the smell of the sewage treatment plant about 200 yards upwind of the complexnnThe only good thing I can say about living here is 2 guys that are in charge of maintaining the property are super friendly they do thier jobs not only well but with a great attitude and are the hardest working people employed at this complex they struggle to pick up all the slack left to them by the office staff but do their best to make living here as comfortable and enjoyable as possibleif only the people in charge had the same attitudennIf you are thinking about moving here think again Im getting out as soon as my lease allows and im upset with myself for being allowed to be tricked into signing it in november of 09 when it expired in june of 09 the office staff had me date the lease paperwork retroactively so it wouldnt look like they had slacked as much as they didOnce again Renters BEWAREmore ...hide ...
This place is under new management and its awful people I do not recommend this place They take care of the flowers at the front but that is all Before these guys took over it was great here

Caleb made the process easy and fast! Whenever I had questions,or called multiple times a day, he was always there for me.
