I have been a resident here for three years and I adore it. Whenever there is an issue, it is fixed promptly if the maintenance man is able to resolve it. He is a fantastic person and assists everyone. The office manager is just as wonderful. She is I have been a resident here for three years and I adore it. She is as kind to you as you are to her, so show her politeness and you will receive it in return. You will never find someone like her. The grounds are neat and not left in a mess. There is a nice playground for the children, a large sandbox, a basketball court, and a kiddie playground for the toddlers. There is an in-house laundry room for those who don't have machines or if theirs break down, so they don't have to go far to wash their clothes. The community room can be requested for use by inhabitants for events, holiday gatherings, or anything else provided it is tidied up properly after. There are multiple grills on the premises so those living here can barbecue with family and visitors if they wish, and there is a gazebo with a table if the occupants would like to use it, assuming it is not already taken.more ...hide ...

I live here, I love my home and the manager and maintenance man. Otherwise its best to be careful who you talk to. A few over the top gossips. I was really needing to move my small family in there. The manger done my background check and a month and half later after messages after messages she finally opened the office door and me and my 2 kids are on the streeI was really needing to move my small family in there. The manger done my background check and a month and half later after messages after messages she finally opened the office door and me and my 2 kids are on the street. She tells me that there was an eviction on my background for something besides non-payment and she tells me that I will have to despute it. I told her that the only eviction I have is for non-payment and I still have the paperwork the constable brought me that says non-payment and she tells me theres nothing she can do. Me and my kids are on the street. She couldnt even point me in the direction to get it fixed so me and kids wont be on the street. The manger definitely has her favorites.more ...hide ...
