They steal Really rude Office Staff Really unprofessional Maintenance Staff And to top it off they lie about moveout dates and try to charge you This is the WORST place I have ever lived and overall just a really bad experience

Let me start off by saying Ive lived in a lot of rentals This one takes the cake for the worst place Ive ever lived Have had a mold issue starting July21 They did nothing till I stopped paying the rent on December21 to get there attention They then t Let me start off by saying Ive lived in a lot of rentals This one takes the cake for the worst place Ive ever lived Have had a mold issue starting July21 They did nothing till I stopped paying the rent on December21 to get there attention They then tried to replace the dry wall and told the contractor if there was any moldy wood just spay it and put it back up all the spay does is bleach the color of the mold Now as Ive been trying to get them to get a professional in here to properly take care of the problem I was served an evection notice Even to this day there is still water spots on the dry wall and they will not take care of this This place is not worth 1000 a month let alone 1300 Take your money somewhere else more ... hide ...

STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU CAN HANDLE ROACHESI give it 2 stars because since day 1 of moving into this apt there has been nothing but roaches in our kitchen area I have been living here about a year and a few months now and I have yet to feel the urge to c STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU CAN HANDLE ROACHESI give it 2 stars because since day 1 of moving into this apt there has been nothing but roaches in our kitchen area I have been living here about a year and a few months now and I have yet to feel the urge to cook in that disgusting area They are all over pots and pans sinks and stoves I just learn to utilize the only safe area which is the microwave for this long They spray once in a blue moon like they dont know the apts are nearly infested with them I feel like these bugs should be sharing the rent at this point never had so many roommates all at once Other than that it is usually quiet and wouldnt be so bad if I didnt feel uncomfortable and disgusted in my home everyday What can I say Cheap living gets you this more ... hide ...
