The Apartment manager is overly bias when it comes down to personal conflict making a judgement based on irrational reasoning skills causing more problems then she is solving

Love my apartment! Galley type kitchen, large bathrm. Im in a one bdrm that is massive! The dining area accommodates my round table and 4 chairs. Open floor plan-living rm area is large enough for a long sofa, loveseat, end tables, coffee table, an an entertainment center and it still feels roomy! Also, a nice balcony where I can have my coffee. A storage room off the balcony. Ive lived here since 2014. Only thing I dont like is the dryer vent opens up to the breezeway so youve got to keep that swept up. People move in and out pretty often, I dont know why. The parking lot and grounds get pretty trashy lately but we have a VERY nice trustworthy Maintenance man who keeps on top of it.We desperately need an extra dumpster because it overflows almost daily! No parking assigned, but wish there was because sometimes I cant even park in front of my building. (Guests are to park in another area.)The manager Kim is pleasant & nice.more ...hide ...
