Do not be fooled by this place its cool but the office staff let their professionalism slip when theyre busyI am not suggesting that they are not busy or short staffed but there are ways you TREAT people to make them feel validated and they lack that Do not be fooled by this place its cool but the office staff let their professionalism slip when theyre busyI am not suggesting that they are not busy or short staffed but there are ways you TREAT people to make them feel validated and they lack that That little receptionist is the ring leader of rude and Sydney who is typically kind does not intervene nor respond to emails once you engage the receptionist I think it would be great if Sydney would recognize the difference between nice and nicenasty in her staff but I guess you hire who you can not who you want these days And to be clear I am talking about Jalyse Bryant she will dress her words up in a professional tone but I see right through her I cannot seem to get past this receptionist person to speak to Sydney again so now I am seeking to speak to someone else and who knows maybe theyll have something to say I only gave 2 stars because the neighborhoods appearance but that customer is LACK LUSTER more ... hide ...

I lived at 12th James for almost a year A really decent apartment with pretty good amenities When we first moved there was a lot of construction and maintenance because they were upgrading the complex but the changes were worth it The hub locker is I lived at 12th James for almost a year A really decent apartment with pretty good amenities When we first moved there was a lot of construction and maintenance because they were upgrading the complex but the changes were worth it The hub locker is great the pool is nice but when theres a lot of people it can be crowded and not as peacefulnnThe apartments were spacious and the walls were reasonably thick you could hear quite a bit of noise but thats expected with an apartment In the beginning we did have issues with bugs roaches specifically but after alerting the office pest control came every 2 weeks eventually eradicating the problemnnIts a pretty good apartment and the location is a good spot more ... hide ...
